On July 6, the Russian government in 2017 approved the development strategy of agricultural machinery, 2030 years ago.
According to the Russian prime minister dmitry medvedev, in the domestic market, and in foreign markets, there is an increasing demand of agricultural machinery in Russia. Over the past five years, the Russian production of agricultural machinery and equipment exported to 47 countries. The output of 2016 rose nearly 60% in 2015. Agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises began to invest more funds for research and development. Mass production began in 2016, 75 new high-performance machinery, parts and materials of localization rate by more than 70% of the cost of machinery.
All these achievements, thanks to state support for agriculture machinery manufacturing enterprises, in 2017 for $13.7 billion roubles.
