According to the report, from January to June 2024, the company achieved a revenue of approximately 4.803 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.67%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was approximately 723 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 29.48%. The net cash flow generated from operating activities was approximately 362 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 22.80%. The total R&D investment was approximately 421 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.14%. The total R&D investment accounted for 8.76% of the total revenue, an increase of 0.79 percentage points year-on-year.
The report states that from January to June 2024, in terms of domestic business, due to factors such as insufficient and delayed commencement rates of major projects, the market demand in the segmented industry of construction machinery where the company is located slowed down, and business contracting was under short-term pressure. In terms of overseas business, the company's contract orders have continued to show a high growth trend, and its operating revenue has achieved year-on-year growth. During the reporting period, the company served major national strategies, signed/won a batch of domestic key projects, and completed a total of 7.491 billion yuan in newly signed contracts/bids. Among them, the company completed overseas new contracts/winning bids of 2.153 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 77.15%, and continued to achieve significant growth on the basis of the high base in 2023. Achieved overseas business revenue of 555 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 74.28%, with overseas business revenue accounting for 11.61%.
As of the end of the reporting period, the company has obtained a total of 2997 authorized patents, including 977 invention patents. 108 national, industry, and group standards have been published, including 6 national standards as the chief editor.
