Academician Yang Huayong (online) expressed his blessings and expectations for the establishment of the expert committee. He introduced the development situation and achievements of the construction machinery industry during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and pointed out the main problems existing in the current development. When discussing the suggestions for the compilation of the "15th Five Year Plan" for the construction machinery industry, Lv Ying analyzed the industry's development foundation, changes in domestic market demand, key technologies that need to be broken through, and the characteristics of industry technology development trends represented by intelligence, electrification, and informatization during the "15th Five Year Plan" period. She put forward 11 key research special suggestions and stated that we should stand at a new historical starting point and new development height, do a good job in the compilation of the "15th Five Year Plan" development plan, continue to adhere to innovative development, coordinated development, green development, open development, and shared development, accelerate the development of new quality productivity, promote the high-quality development of the construction machinery industry, and continuously achieve new achievements.
