It focused on hot topics in the industry, sorted out the current development status and main challenges faced by agent channels, and discussed topics such as commercial exploration of agent post market business, sustainable development models of agents, competitive space for agents, and high-quality development of agents. The attending representatives listened to suggestions, discussed together, and spoke enthusiastically, gathering wisdom from all parties and widely consolidating consensus.

Su Zimeng gave a special speech on "Operation Analysis and Current Key Tasks of the Construction Machinery Industry", reviewing the historic achievements in the development of China's construction machinery industry. He analyzed and judged the main characteristics of the industry's economic operation in recent years, the situation and key tasks faced by the industry in 2024, and provided reference for the strategic decision-making of the agent group in the next step.
He stated that the economic recovery in 2024 will continue to consolidate and strengthen, and further optimization and improvement of the macro policy environment will be conducive to the effective improvement of quality and reasonable growth of quantity in the construction machinery industry. It is expected that the domestic market situation will be better this year than last year. At the same time, the industry is still in the process of stabilizing and recovering, and we need to face the problems faced by agents in their development. He sent a message to the agent company to stabilize expectations, strengthen confidence, control risks well, manage the enterprise well, and continue to increase its own value.
At the meeting, Yang Zhifang, Secretary General of the Agency Working Committee of the Association and Minister of the Engineering Machinery Media Department of Beijing Zhuozhong Publishing Co., Ltd., delivered a special report on promoting the sustainable development of China's engineering machinery agency system. Secretary General Yang analyzed the main challenges faced by the agency system based on the current situation of channel development, and proposed thoughts on the selection of channel models, consignment or buyout in the construction machinery industry, as well as the future development direction of agency system. He also proposed multiple measures and suggestions for high-quality operation of agents and mutual cooperation and win-win, in order to promote the sustainable development of China's construction machinery agency system.
At the same time, Mr. Cheng Xiaoming, a senior strategic consulting consultant in the industry, was invited to give a highly professional sharing on the theme of "Exploration of Sustainable Development Models for Chinese Construction Machinery Agents". Cheng Xiaoming analyzed the future development direction of construction machinery by reviewing and summarizing the changes in the circulation methods of construction machinery, the demand structure of construction machinery, and the value chain of construction machinery. He specifically analyzed the necessary conditions and basic strategic directions for the transformation of agent business, and shared practices and cases related to new machine sales, product support, secondary mobile phones, and operational leasing, providing valuable experience and effective reference for the transformation and development of agents.
The meeting also held a discussion and exchange session around the focal points and hot issues of concern to colleagues in the industry, chaired by Cao Weiguo, Chairman of Zhejiang Liyang Machinery Co., Ltd. Representatives attending the conference focused on topics such as "Unity and Cohesion: Competitive Space for Agents" and "Acting towards Quality: High Quality and Sustainable Development of Agents". Many agents actively offered suggestions and discussed new opportunities for development, with the aim of jointly building a more competitive business model and a healthier industrial ecosystem.
In the review section, Qi Jun, Honorary President and Special Advisor of the Association, emphasized that the construction machinery industry is a sunrise industry with great potential, and the agency system is indispensable. Du Haitao, Chairman of the Association's Agent Working Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Beijing Zhuozhong Publishing Co., Ltd., stated that China's construction machinery agency system has just gone through more than 30 years of development, and the future direction will definitely move forward in twists and turns. High quality development must be steadily advanced step by step.
