On December 15th, Zoomlion (000157) held a press conference on new energy products and smart construction sites. At the meeting, Zoomlion released 14 green parts and 32 new energy host products, and launched the industry's first complete set of intelligent construction solutions.
The key parts of new energy are the foundation of new energy of construction machinery. According to Zoomlion, in 2022, Zoomlion realized three key technologies of "battery cell-module-battery pack-chassis-complete machine", "hydrogenation-hydrogen storage-hydrogen fuel cell-chassis-complete machine" and "battery-electric drive-telex-electronic control-chassis-complete machine" from two key technology chains of construction machinery, and built them.
At this conference, Zoomlion released nine key components of lithium battery, forming a "battery-electric drive-telex-electric control" overall solution of lithium battery new energy for construction machinery.
In the field of key parts of hydrogen energy, Zoomlion released three parts this time, forming an integrated full-chain solution of "adding, storage and transportation, burning electricity and mainframe". Among them, Zoomlion developed the international leading 45MPa hydrogen liquid drive piston compressor for the first time in China, which is also the first hydrogen compressor with completely independent intellectual property rights in China.
Zoomlion has also released two new energy heavy-duty general chassis, pure electric and hydrogen fuel. These two chassis are completely independently developed by the company, and the core component-control software-chassis technology chain is fully connected. According to the company's introduction, the hydrogen fuel chassis is equipped with self-developed fuel cell system and on-board hydrogen storage system, etc., and the autonomy rate of key components of new energy exceeds 80%.
In terms of complete machines, Zoomlion launched 32 new energy complete machines at this conference, covering 9 series of engineering cranes, concrete pumping machines, mixers, aerial work machines, earthmoving machines, basic construction machines, mining machines, industrial vehicles and agricultural machines, including the world's largest tonnage new energy series cranes, the world's first distributed pure electric drive crawler crane, the world's first pure electric carbon fiber pump truck, and the industry's first interlayer glass installation robot for high-rise buildings.
Zoomlion said that in 2022, Zoomlion's whole series of construction machinery realized new energy, and the new energy spectrum of each product line was greatly enriched and expanded to meet the needs of various market segments. Among them, the coverage rate of new energy type spectrum of aerial work machinery and other products is over 80%, and agricultural machinery has achieved zero breakthrough in new energy products, and the development characteristics of "ethnic group" are obvious.
It is worth mentioning that the intelligent construction system carried by this new product is composed of iCES intelligent scheduling, MAS multi-agent collaboration and 4DT digital twinning, which can realize all-information digital connection, all-task intelligent scheduling, all-process independent collaboration, all-scene three-dimensional visualization, driving the whole process of construction tasks, all-person intelligent construction and other functions, all of which are independently researched and developed by the company.
