The first overseas "lighthouse factory" in China's construction machinery industry was officially put into operation. On August 18th, the reporter learned from Sany Heavy Industry that the first SY215CKD excavator produced by Sany Indonesia "Lighthouse Factory" recently rolled off the assembly line in Indonesia. The "Lighthouse Factory" started the installation and commissioning of the first batch of equipment in July this year, and it is the first overseas manufacturing base of construction machinery in China that is completely built according to Industry 4.0 standard.
The factory is located in KIM Industrial Park, Indonesia. The project covers an area of 100,000 square meters with a total investment of 200 million yuan. It mainly produces 13-55 ton excavators for Southeast Asian countries. At present, the planned annual production capacity of the first phase can reach 3,000 units, and the factory has initially realized the whole network connection and unmanned production of 12 main processes such as assembly, logistics and commissioning, which is the first time in overseas manufacturing of Chinese enterprises.
This factory has more than 500 robots of various types and just over 100 workers, but the planned per capita output value is as high as 11 million yuan. The factory integrates the core achievements of Sany in more than 40 "lighthouse factories" in China, and applies 20 sets of digital software systems with 100% independent intellectual property rights, such as IMOM, WMS and digital central control. This is also the first case in the advanced production capacity of Chinese enterprises going out to sea. Undoubtedly, it is one of the overseas factories with the highest degree of intelligence, the highest per capita output value and the "smartest" construction machinery in China. In addition, the Indonesian "Lighthouse Factory" can also cross over 3,000 kilometers through the industrial big data collected by nearly 1,000 collection points, and be interconnected with the domestic Sany Global Production Control Center and Roots Interconnection "Roots Cloud" platform in real time, so as to match each working procedure, each model and even each tool with the strongest computing power and optimize the production rhythm.
"Up to the industrial software and every data, down to the production equipment and every screw, Indonesia's' Lighthouse Factory' is completely implemented with reference to Chinese standards. This is the first overseas systematic output of intelligent manufacturing in China's construction machinery industry." Ding Shifeng, the project leader, said. At the same time, he said that "Indonesia model" is the first attempt of Sany Heavy Industry to lead overseas "lighthouse factories", and it is planned to build another 10 international "lighthouse factories" in the future.
