1. Before installation, the head of the unit project shall, in accordance with the requirements of the installation and dismantling scheme of the steel structure tile press, carry out the technical scheme of the scaffold, which shall be signed by both parties.
2. When installing the steel structure tile press machinery, the accumulated error * exceeds the allowable deviation, which is difficult to correct. After each step of scaffold installation, please check the step distance, longitudinal distance, horizontal distance and verticality according to the regulations.
3. Be familiar with the drawings and construction site, master the structural features and environmental conditions of the building plane and elevation, and determine the mechanical steps for pressing steel structure tiles according to the structural requirements of steel pipe technical specifications. 4. Scaffolding should use a valid species operator certificate. Plastic soled shoes, leather shoes and other hard and slippery shoes are strictly prohibited for climbing. Tools and small parts should be put in tool bags, and the cuffs, neckline and trouser legs of clothes should be tied tightly to prevent the danger of hooking.
There are also dangerous operation trips in the production process in tile press. We must pay attention to the installation of chain box. There must be no chain leakage outside. And when running in tile press, people should not be too close to the discharge port of tile press, so as to avoid unnecessary injuries.
Ceramic tiles produced in tile press are easily injured, so we should pay attention to the width and thickness of ceramic tiles.
