Looking back at the entire construction machinery industry, from the rapid layout of the "12th five-year plan" period to the "13th five-year plan" period to improve quality and increase efficiency, under the thorough implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, the construction machinery industry of our country has walked out a high-quality development road in innovation development, important technical equipment, intelligent platform construction, green development long-term system, internationalization step and so on. As the opening year of "14th five-year plan" , the sales of construction machinery in our country got off to a good start in the first month, and the growth rate of the industry continued to be high. Key enterprises in the industry sold 47,906 excavators from January to February, up 149 percent year on year; 16,561 loaders, up 74.3 percent year on year; 1,069 bulldozers, up 89.2 percent year on year; 909 graders, up 53.8 percent year on year; and 8,214 truck cranes, up 83.4 percent year on year 505 crawler cranes, up 197% ; 4,076 cranes, up 105% ; 116106 industrial vehicles, up 115% ; 2,418 rollers, up 62.4% ; 256 pavers, up 50.6% ; 9,044 platforms, up 181% ; 433 aerial work vehicles, up 47.3 percent year-on-year. The 12 categories of construction machinery products totaled 207497 units, up 117 percent from a year earlier. China's economic development space is huge, the scale of infrastructure construction is also very large, construction machinery is still in an upward phase, through the above data can also be seen that the 2021 continues to maintain a high degree of prosperity in the industry, industry long-term growth pattern and tone will not change. In the view of President Su Zimeng, "during the 14th five-year plan period, the construction machinery industry will face good development opportunities driven by both stock renewal and incremental demand. " On March 24, in the column of "President on Industry" , as a special guest, Su Zimeng, president of China Construction Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "the association") , talked about the development prospects of the industry, explained the development plan of the industry and gave a detailed explanation on how the association helps the industry to develop with high quality. First, lead the industry, adhere to the strategy of innovative development, accelerate scientific and technological innovation, and strive to realize the modernization of construction machinery industry. Based on the new development stage, carrying out the new development concept, constructing the new development pattern, perfecting the construction of the innovation system with the enterprise as the main body, the market demand as the guide, and the combination of government, industry, university, research and application, both have the core problems of contemporary science and technology, in addition, we focus on the technical requirements of construction methods and working environment, keep close to users for innovative R & D, enhance the ability of independent development, and expand the coverage of product functions and service areas. All parties continue to make efforts to promote the industry to high-quality development. Second, in order to do a good job of advanced industrial base, industrial chain modernization to make efforts. In particular, we should give full play to the role of our association in promoting technological progress and improving the management level of the industry, formulate group standards, actively reflect the norms and conduct, and timely put forward relevant policy recommendations, at the same time, the Association for the Industry Services Related Exhibition Consulting and Media Platform Construction, to promote the healthy and orderly development of industry norms. In particular, to continue to strengthen and improve the construction of construction machinery industry standardization system, to make new contributions. Especially in recent years, the entire industry national standards, industry standards, group standards to promote cooperation, we have also developed high-quality group standards, and has been a good promotion and application. By the end of 2020, the Association has issued 110 group standards, covering basic standards, safety standards, product standards, method standards, key parts standards, energy conservation and environmental protection standards, and standards for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, standards of vocational training and so on. Through the group standard to fill the shortage, the level, the blank, the rapid response technology innovation and the market demand, has solved the standard lag, the flaw, the aging, the cross contradiction and so on a series of questions, increased the standard effective supply. An effective standard work docking mechanism has been established among the management departments, manufacturing enterprises and users, so that the group standard of construction machinery truly becomes a practical, practical and useful standard, successfully completed the first batch of group standard pilot work, guide construction machinery industry enterprises to actively carry out the application and promotion of group standards. The association has participated in the evaluation for four consecutive years, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Communications 100 group standards application demonstration projects, a total of 22 construction machinery industry group standards won this honor. In addition, the association is also actively promoting the construction machinery industry standards go out. At present, we have carried out a study on the requirements of China equipment going-out engineering building standards, and also released a white paper on China Construction Machinery going-out standard. This is the first time in the equipment manufacturing industry to put forward the standard of going out into the global market for the establishment of Chinese technology products brand. Moreover, commissioned by the National Standard, it has carried out cooperation and promotion of the application of standards for excavators between China and Brazil, including the comparison of standards for individual Chinese and Brazilian communists and the study of the application and promotion of Chinese standards, and has thoroughly studied the Brazilian Engineering Standard Law, promote the decision of Chinese standard in Brazil and South America.
